On May 31 2017, the CEITI Resource Center held a follow-up seminar for trainers, attended by 21 teachers from colleges and professional schools, who were in an effective exchange of experience on the first months of intensive application of acquisitions from the two previous training modules. The activity was carried out within the project Partnerships for Quality and Relevance in ICT Vocational Education in Moldova” supported by the Austrian Agency for Development/ADA from the Austrian Development Cooperation Fund and the Romanian Government and implemented in partnership with the Ministry of Education of the Republic Moldova and ATIC.

The vast majority of participants are motivated to take a new step in their professional career as an adult educator in the field, in which he works, from young specialists to foremen and colleagues from the field disciplines who did not have a pedagogical faculty at university.

Thus, each trainer worked in a partnership with 1-2 colleagues, designing a training program on various andragogical topics, consisting of at least 8 sessions, with design in the key to the learning and design framework Evoking-Realizing Sense-Reflection-Expansion. We also appreciated the quality of application in different contexts of the sessions, both in the course classes and in the methodological seminars of department.

We review some positive practices that have enjoyed high-profile audience appraisals, including training seminars: “Cooperative Learning from a Constructivist Perspective in Adults”: Svetlana FRUMUSACHI and Lilia GRAJDIAN from the Center for Excellence in Energy and Electronics; “Didactic Communication”, conceived and realized by the CEITI trainers Oxana Brătescu and Viorica OSOIANU; “Using Digital Teaching Materials in Adult Education”, by Angela LEBEDENIUC of CEITI; “The Boomerang Effect of Adult Feedback” by Petru ARCAN, Olga JIMBEI from CEITI, in collaboration with Corina VASILOS from the Balti Railway Technical College.

Finally, we conclude on the importance of complex, multifaceted didactic approach and its impact on the personal and professional development of teachers, as well as on the development of educational and training capacities by the recently opened Center to be accredited in the future, as well as based on the curriculum developed by trainers, coordinated with much dedication and responsibility by Mrs. Nina Negară from CEITI.
