Since 18\/06\/2013, PRO DIDACTICA Educational Centre provides services in the Republic of Moldova Ministry of Education to train mentors in early childhood education, under Contract No. CQS-03\/A.3.2.2a, \u00a0within the project “Global Partnership for Education”.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
About 300 specialists from the field will participate in training mentors in Chisinau, within PRO DIDACTICA Educational Centre staff, in one of the following periods: July 8 to 12, July 15 to 19, 22 to 26 July this year. Participants will represent the created centres for mentoring, \u00a0in order to support the professional development of teachers in kindergartens.<\/p>\n
The purpose of the “Global Partnership for Education” is to improve access, quality and inclusion in early childhood education in Moldova, including the professional development of teachers able to implement a child-centred curriculum and new educational standards. Mentor training program will take place in the interactive methods, with emphasis on professional skills training equitable approach children, creating a friendly environment for learning\/development focused on the needs of each child.<\/p>\n
The overall objective of the training is to help strengthen the skills to mentor teachers in early childhood education by learning the skills necessary for a mentor, mentors developing attitudes and awareness of the need to observe.<\/p>\n
The first involved the training of trainers workshop was held on June 24 and included in the program development design for the 5 days of training, team building trainers, sharing responsibilities for future activities and other logistical issues.<\/p>\n
