On October 6, over 30 teachers from the 7 partner universities in the project were involved in a Workshop on operational planning of Intercultural Education (ICE) procurement transfer mechanisms at university and community level, benefiting from a valuable exchange of experience. The formative approach, with interactive character, was guided by the following specific objectives: updating the rigor of quality and relevance to the operational planning; re-visiting the Statute of the Teaching Resource Centers in IE from universities; participatory planning of the activity of the IE Centers for the efficient transfer of acquisitions at university and community level and the accountability of the university teams for the capitalization of the resources of these centers. Viorica Goras-Postica and Vitalie Scurtu, members of the project team, participated as facilitators. Encouraging greeting messages came from the representatives of the \u201cPestalozzi\u201d Children’s Foundation from Moldova, Natalia Balta and Olga Morozan, but also from the project coordinator – Cristina Bujac.<\/p>\n
At the first session, the coordinators from the universities involved in the first phase of the project (Maria Ianioglo (State University of Comrat), Tatiana Shova (State University A.Russo from Balti) and Ludmila Darii (State University of Moldova)) presented, in an original way, the Didactic Resource Centers in Intercultural Education and the activities organized in these spaces, with the extended capitalization of the human and material resources developed \/ donated within the project. Subsequently, the new coordinators (Larisa Sadovei (I.Creanga State Pedagogical University), Valentina M\u00eeslit\u021bhi (Tiraspol State University), Snejana Cojocari-Luchian (B.P.Hasdeu State University from Cahul) and Nina Gorbaciova (University of Tiraspol) State Gr. Tamblac from Taraclia) shared the first experiences in this chapter, guiding us in short virtual visits through the university bodies, where the spaces for the inauguration of the new centers are being prepared.<\/p>\n
Informative topics – Presentation of the Regulation of Teaching Resource Centers in IE and Operational Planning: rigor here and now<\/em> have launched ideas for mobilizing academic communities in order to optimize the transfer of acquisitions in the field of EIC in the new year of study. The practical sequence of the Workshop for operational planning of the Centers’ activity for the 1st semester of the academic year 2021-2022 aimed to address the functionality of various actions, such as: classes organized at the Center, according to the university schedule, extra-course activities with at the faculties involved in the project, but also from other faculties, the monthly meetings of the members of the project teams for exchange of experience, intercultural exchange activities with the invitation of coordinators from other University Centers, meetings with Methodist professors, practice mentors, students from schools where professional internships take place, non-formal education events: clubs, cenacles, holidays, etc.<\/p>\n The final evaluation test of the activity (Mentimeter) showed that for 99 percent of participants the activity met expectations, being performed qualitatively, and among the keywords that characterized it, in the view of participants, we mention: competence, collaboration, culture, openness to interculturality, sharing experience, intercultural dialogue, team building. creativity, diversity, vision, etc.<\/p>\n Viorica Gora\u0219-Postic\u0103,
