It was designed for managerial teams from 4 participating professional schools at \u201cThe conssolidating of technical professional preparation system in Republic of Moldova\u201d (CONSEPT) project.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The goal of the training seminar was to offer professional support to managerial teams for the elaboration of Development Plan for Schools (DPS). Within that internship activity, participants acknowledged the necessity and usefulness of elaboration and implementation of a functional development plan; they identifyed the decesive factors for conssolidating the organisation vital capacity; updated their knowledge about elements of the development plan for school, the logic structure of the project; they thought over the power points and the possible risks of the DPS implementation.<br \/>\nAs well, within that internship, the managers developed their elaboration and structuring abilities regarding a development plan in accordance to the context; they formulated the mission and school attitude; carried out the SWOT, PEST analyses; identifyed and gave precedence to the existing problems from their schools etc.<br \/>\nThe professional development of the participants during the training was monitorized by the centre founders: Valentin CHICU, Gheorghe G\u00ceRNE\u0162, Victor S\u00ceNCHETRU and Gheorghe \u015eALARU.<br \/>\nDuring the period of March the10-12 2008, in accordance with the activity plan, will be organized next internship, within which will be worked out the development plan sketches prepared and presented by the 4 schools.<\/p>\n<div align=\"right\"><em>Rima Bezede<\/em>,<br \/>\nProject Coordinator<\/div>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1205\" src=\"http:\/\/prodidactica.md\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/img_48.jpg\" alt=\"img_48\" width=\"267\" height=\"200\" \/><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>During the period of March the 19th -22nd 2008, a training programme \u201eElaboration of the development plan for Schools\u201d took place at the PRO DIDACTICA Educational Centre.
