{"id":2910,"date":"2010-03-15T11:09:44","date_gmt":"2010-03-15T11:09:44","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/prodidactica.artsintez.md\/en\/?p=2910"},"modified":"2016-09-19T17:38:37","modified_gmt":"2016-09-19T14:38:37","slug":"organizational-development-within-the-consept-project","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/prodidactica.md\/en\/organizational-development-within-the-consept-project\/","title":{"rendered":"ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT WITHIN THE CONSEPT PROJECT"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-full wp-image-1240 alignleft\" src=\"http:\/\/prodidactica.md\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/Pro-Didactica-024.jpg\" alt=\"Pro Didactica 024\" width=\"280\" height=\"210\" \/>The purpose of the <em>Organizational Development<\/em> component relates to the professional development of institutions that are included in this project: Professional Lyceum nr.2 and College of Construction, both from Chisinau, through offering a professional support to the institutions managerial team.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Up to now, the necessities of staff training and organizational capacities of the institutions within the project have been evaluated by trainers who have a great experience in this field: Valentina CHICU, Gheorghe G\u00ceRNE\u0162, Victor S\u00ceNCHETRU and Gheorghe \u015eALARU. According to these evaluations, a complex training program for managerial teams of the professional schools was elaborated. The first training activity, named <em>\u201cEducational Management\u201d <\/em>took place between February, 9-12 2010.
