It was coordinated and conceptualized by Viorica Gora\u015f-Postic\u0103 and\u00a0 Rima Bezede. The book, published in an edition of 500 copies, included theoretical concepts and practical tools of<em>Teaching leadership<\/em> as well as development projects elaborated by the teachers involved in the project.
