Over the past week, members of the ERASMUS + \u2013 BILDUNG research team (representatives from 10 countries: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Switzerland, Estonia, Germany, Greece, Finland, Moldova, Spain) \u2013 met in Girona, Spain, to discuss the results obtained on the promotion and investigation of the Bildung concept, related to various key areas of adult education. The host of the transnational event was the organization ACEFIR (http:\/\/acefir.cat\/), led by Roza M. Falgas (Catalan Association of Education, Training and Research), member of the European Association of Adult Education (EAEA) – https: \/ \/eaea.org\/.<\/p>\n
Thus, Bildung’s investigations and practices, materialized in intellectual products, developed by mixed teams of authors from different countries, were conducted in relation to education for democracy, key competencies, ICT and sustainable development. Subsequently, the full products, as well as their summaries, will be published, translated and promoted in various ways, including online, in order to contribute to building intergenerational dialogues on education and its impact on the development of each individual, family, of the community and society as a whole. Educational, cultural, social, economic, climate change has become rapid and inherent, some are beneficial, others create big problems for us, but are to be approached constructively, through concrete actions, with a responsible, solution-oriented attitude and making the right decisions.<\/p>\n
Today, Bildung is approached as a combination of education, knowledge necessary (transferable and non-transferable) to succeed in society and moral and emotional maturity, to manifest both as a member of a team or community, and to develop your own autonomy, combining knowledge of your own roots and the individual’s ability to imagine their future. To thrive in the most sophisticated societies of the 21st century, people need a very complex Bildung, so we should develop better Bildung opportunities for everyone and for different stages of life https:\/\/europeanbildung.net\/erasmus -bildung-project \/<\/a>.<\/p>\n In the same context, we note the good practices of Bildung of Catalonia, including those of the Community Civic Centers, where the education of all generations is carried out in extenso through dialogue and common involvement. I also learned valuable experiences from Bildung, felt in the development of the company, from Finland, Denmark, Estonia.
