Project objective: To promote mediation as an effective tool for preventing and resolving school conflicts.

Beneficiaries: Teachers, students, and parents from the “Vasile Alecsandri” Theoretical High School in Chișinău.

Activities:

• Organizing 6 interactive training sessions for beneficiaries on school conflict mediation.
• Developing and implementing a guide to best practices in conflict mediation.
• Creating a school mediation team and designing a plan to ensure the project’s sustainability.

Expected results:

• Improved mediation and nonviolent communication skills among participants.
• Reduced number of school conflicts.
• Strengthened collaboration among teachers, students, and parents.
• Guide to best practices for conflict mediation developed.
• School mediation team established.
