On 14 July 2011, at the Educational Center PRO DIDACTICA, was organized a final seminar within Teaching Leadership project. The 15 teachers who are involved in the project presented their professional development projects and were certified. The activity was attended by representatives of Ministry of Education and Rayonal Department of Education, Youth and Sport.

We consider successfully completed the pilot phase of the project Teaching Leadership in Moldova and we will continue to benefit from educational tools TLDW offered by the network Teaching leadership. The Educational Center PRO DIDACTICA team, with teachers from all 3 schools involved in the preoject, will be important resources in the future, to be involved in ensuring the sustainability of the project by disseminating and institutionalizing changes and values promoted by the project.
