Pro Didactica 024 The purpose of the Organizational Development component relates to the professional development of institutions that are included in this project: Professional Lyceum nr.2 and College of Construction, both from Chisinau, through offering a professional support to the institutions managerial team.

Currently, the Ministry of Education of R. Moldova is implementing the project “Quality of Education in the Rural Areas of Moldova” (QERAM), with support of international donors and agencies (World Bank, UNICEF). One of the activities of this project envisions the review and renewal of the National Curriculum (all subject curricula) for pre-university education. There are curriculum developers groups being formed currently, in order to perform this task within the period of November 2009 – May 2010.

Within the “Integration of the critical thinking development methodologies into the renovated version of the National Curriculum for pre-university education in Republic of Moldova” project, there were several activities organized by February 4th, 2010.

Analysis of the curricular documents from 2006 and analysis of the new curricular drafts under development within the Ministry of Education project, which have been proposed for public discussion and identification of gaps in terms of incorporation of principles of critical thinking development within the methodological component of the curriculum; (December 2009 -January 2010);
