INNOVATIVE IDEAS OF SOY GROWING IN THE DevRAM PROJECT
The PRO DIDACTICA Educational Center launches on April 21, within the European Union project “DevRAM”, Part I, a competition for the best innovative idea in the field of soybean cultivation / production.
The competition is open to students who will obtain the qualification of agronomist from 3 technical vocational education institutions: the Center of Excellence in Horticulture and Agricultural Technologies from Țaul, the Agroindustrial College from Ungheni and the Agricultural Technical College from Svetlâi.
With the motto “Originality, ecological solution, economic efficiency”, the action aims to arouse the interest of young people for the cultivation and processing of non-genetically modified soybeans, as well as organic in the Republic of Moldova, to stimulate future farmers to want a change. for the better in the field by modernizing it – implementing the latest achievements; capitalizing on new processes and products; materialization of unique business ideas.
Winners, authors of a plan or suggestion that addresses a challenge and adds value to both producers and consumers, will be rewarded at a special event.
The activity will be organized and monitored by C.E. PRO DIDACTICA with the technical assistance of Donau Soja Moldova.

European Union Project “Development of Rural Areas in the Republic of Moldova” (DevRAM), Part I. “Increasing the competitiveness of the agri-food sector by integrating it into domestic and global value chains, especially the soybean crop sector”, implemented by the Austrian Development Cooperation, in partnership with the PRO DIDACTICA Educational Center and the Donau Soja International Association (Austria), aims to contribute to increasing the sector’s capacity to assert itself on the internal and external market, as well as to strengthening the capacity of technical vocational education institutions in the agri-food sector. within the framework of the Strategic Partnership organized at regional level between CAD and Donau Soja, which supports the construction of sustainable and inclusive value chains for organic and non-genetically modified soybeans in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Moldova and Ukraine.
