A new editorial appearance: DEVELOPING AUTHENTIC REPORTS

Recently, the PRO DIDACTICA Educational Center’s AICI ȘI ACUM collection was supplemented with a new editorial appearance, developed within the Consolidation of Technical Vocational Training System in Moldova/CONSEPT project, implemented by the Education for Development Public Association (AED), in partnership with the PRO DIDACTICA Educational Center, with financial support from the Liechtenstein Development Services Foundation (LED).

The guide represents a useful and relevant support for managerial activity, with new elements and a focus on authentic and functional reporting. Its development was preceded by several training activities on the subject, involving the managerial teams from technical vocational education institutions, which highlighted the most frequent problematic aspects related to the reporting process, while also addressing the multi-aspect peculiarities and role of the report.

The aim of this work is to streamline managerial activity in the process of elaborating and evaluating reports, utilizing them in decision-making, and using the data/recommendations provided to continuously improve the quality of results. We express our hope that the invitation to reflection, the landmarks, and suggestions proposed by the authors will change the perception of reports and emphasize the necessity and importance of developing authentic, useful, and valuable reports for the institution’s activity in general and for the managerial activity in particular. EDUCATION PLATFORM: Managerial and teaching staff from Ungheni developed their teamwork skills

The Soft Skills Club of the EDUCATION PLATFORM added to its track record a new sequence of training carried out with the involvement of participants in the TRAINING OF TRAINERS training. The activity, with the generic TEAMWORK – THE ADVANTAGE OF THE MODERN WORLD, took place on February 10, at the MIHAI EMINESCU Theoretical High School in Ungheni, and was moderated by Elena CREANGĂ and Veronica ROTARI, trainers trained in the project.

Based on the structuring model of the Evocation – Realization of meaning – Reflection – Extension approach, the two training sessions were focused on addressing the following topics: Team. Stages of team development; Factors inhibiting and stimulating teamwork; Theoretical premises of the organization, implementation and evaluation of cooperative learning activities; The library as a model of cooperation in the didactic process: formative values in the development of the personality of primary school students; Cooperation with the library as a modern alternative for organizing learning; Applications. BELBIN test on teamwork etc.

The activity is part of the EDUCATION PLATFORM project of the European Union TRUST-PROMOTING MEASURES program, implemented by UNDP Moldova, in partnership with the PRO DIDACTICA Educational Center (coordinator – Lilia NAHABA) and the RAZVITIE Educational Center, Tiraspol. The current phase, carried out between March 2022 and May 2023, aims to develop the social skills of teaching and managerial staff on both banks of the Dniester.

Clubul competențelor sociale / Soft Skills Club al PLATFORMEI EDUCAȚIE a înscris în palmaresul său o nouă secvență de instruire realizată cu implicarea participanților la trainingul FORMARE DE FORMATORI. Activitatea, cu genericul MUNCA ÎN ECHIPĂ – APANAJUL LUMII MODERNE, a avut loc pe 10 februarie curent, la Liceul Teoretic MIHAI EMINESCU din Ungheni, și a fost moderată de Elena CREANGĂ și Veronica ROTARI, formatoare pregătită în cadrul proiectului.

Având la bază modelul de structurare a demersului Evocare – Realizare a sensului – Reflecție – Extindere, cele două sesiuni de training au fost axate pe abordarea următoarelor subiecte: Echipa. Stadiile de dezvoltare a echipei; Factori inhibitori și stimulatori ai lucrului în echipă; Premise teoretice ale organizării, desfășurării și evaluării activităților de învățare prin cooperare; Biblioteca ca model de cooperare în procesul didactic: valențe formative în dezvoltarea personalității elevilor din ciclul primar; Cooperarea cu biblioteca ca alternativă modernă de organizare a învățării; Aplicații. Testul BELBIN privind munca în echipă etc.

Activitatea este parte a proiectului PLATFORMA EDUCAȚIE al programului Uniunii Europene MĂSURI DE PROMOVARE A ÎNCREDERII, implementat de PNUD Moldova, în parteneriat cu Centrul Educațional PRO DIDACTICA (coordonatoare – Lilia NAHABA) și Centrul Educațional RAZVITIE, Tiraspol. Faza actuală, derulată în perioada martie 2022 – mai 2023, are drept scop dezvoltarea competențelor sociale ale cadrelor didactice și manageriale de pe ambele maluri ale Nistrului.
