TEACHERS ON BOTH SIDES OF DNIESTER RIVER CONTINUE TO LEARN HOW TO EDUCATE THE CULTURE OF A GOOD NEIGHBORHOOD IN A MORE EFFICIENT WAY

In the framework of the project MUTUAL UNDERSTANDING THROUGH CIVIC EDUCATION ON BOTH BANKS OF THE DNIESTER RIVER, implemented across the Republic of Moldova, including Transnistria, teachers from elementary school attended an interactive methodical training with the title of the project mentioned above, on the 29-30th of August, at EC PRO DIDACTICA. The activity occurred thanks to an initiative, which aims to improve the relationship and the establishment of peace on the long term in the Republic of Moldova, including Transnistria and Gagauzia regions, through introduction of an optional intercultural discipline “Culture of a good neighborhood”, third consecutive year, this year it will be proposed for 3rd grade, with financial support from BST (The Black Sea Trust for Regional Cooperation).

THE FIRST TRAINING PROGRAMME FOR TEACHERS INTERESTED IN TEACHING THE OPTIONAL SUBJECT “EDUCATION FOR GENDER EQUALITY AND EQUAL OPPORTUNITIES”

On the 24-26th of August 2016, the EC PRO DIDACTICA has organized the first training program within the project “Gender education for preventing and combating discrimination”, implemented with the financial support of the Soros Foundation – Moldova. In this course 18 didactical staff were involved, including 4 teachers of history and civic education, 4 teachers of Romanian language, 2 of biology, 1 of geography, 3 school managers and 5 school psychologists.

TEACHER’S CERTIFICATION IN THE FIELD OF EDUCATION FOR EUROPEAN INTEGRATION

 

On the 19th of August 2016, a group of teachers from the country, who implement the optional subject “European integration for you”, participates in a methodical training program of evaluation and certification (at the Educational Center PRO DIDACTICA), based on the updated curriculum “European integration for you”. The activity took place in the framework of the international project “European Lessons”, carried out in partnership with the Center for Modern Didactics from Vilnius, Lithuania and Center “School-Family-Society” from Tbilisi, Georgia.  Read more
