On April the 9th – 11th 2008, an opening seminar of the project in question took place in Sinaia, being organized by the Educaţia 2000+ Centre from Bucharest and having as participants the Romania, Bulgaria and Republic of Moldova deputations. The financial support was offered by Soros Foundation. In the posture of expert-facilitators were 3 representatives of the European Institute of PRODUCTIVE LEARNING from Berlin: Jens SCHNEIDER, Ute OHME and Michael KASELAU.  Between the ten participants from Moldova there were school and university professors, psychologists, researchers and curriculum makers.

During April the 10th -12th of 2008, within the CONSEPT project, the second module of the instructive program „The elaboration of the Development Plan of the School” took place.
The administrative teams from the 4 pilot-professional schools have presented their sketches regarding the Development Plans of the School.

Within the follow-up activities organized on February the 8th, March the 21st and 28th there were presented and discussed the activities results of the cursists at their place of residence.
Most of the teachers, gainers of the scholarship program, involved pupils and teachers of the schools they represent within the site activities, while the parents and the members of the community stayed less receptive towards the problems children left home alone are confronting with…
